Smanksgiving

It was a good Thanksgiving. Jake and I left for Idaho Falls Thursday morning. Of course we made pies. That is always the best part. Erinn made the turkey in a pressure cooker. I had never thought of that before, but it turned out good. We thoroughly enjoyed Black Friday. It was much quieter up North than in Salt Lake. Jake got me a pair of boots. They are ugly ugg like shoes, but they keep my feets nice and warm. Later that night we went on a sleigh ride. It was pretty fun, but very cold, but Max and his cousin Mya toughed it out. The Blizzard that everyone freaked out about blew over so fast that it almost never even happened. Class was canceled on Wednesday because of it so now our teachers are scrambling to get everything done. I can't believe the semester ends in just 2 weeks. I will be so glad. It will be nice to play with Max a little more and to get some stuff done that I can't normally do. Oh and BYU lost to the University of Utah last Saturday. Go Utes.

NOVEMBER!

November is already here! Unfortunately we had a bad start. Last Sunday someone broke into our car and stole Jake's IPod. Obviously they were super desperate, but they also bashed in our window which set us back $150.00. Then we received a couple of obscene phone calls later that night so that's why Jacob changed my phone number. Other than that, things have been going fine. Max loves playing with his friend Alena, every time he sees her he just lights up. I've noticed he's way more friendly with girls than boys. He's a little flirt. We found a big pile of leaves on Friday so I threw him in the center of it, he so loved it, and he was quite sad when I had to pull him out so they could gather them up. We went to Olive Garden with some of the Giometta clan. It was nice, but the best part was when Max snatched the chocolate mint out of my sisters hands and had his way with it. Chocolate was everywhere! Then Jake put him on his shoulders as we were leaving and max threw it all up on him. Classic Max.
